Replace rotten corner post and bannister

Hi I'm looking for someone to do an urgent job on cost plus materials basis. Replacing a vertical corner post on a villa and patch or replace stair rail due to rot. I'm painting at the moment. Need these bits replaced asap. Thanks in advance nicci
