Floorboard repair - uneven, some movement

I have a 2.2m x 3.2m small room (on ground floor) with wooden floorboards resting on wooden joists which are laid on concrete. Some of the boards are uneven in certain places and some have a certain amount of movement when stood on. Im looking to get these floorboards fixed before covering with plywood and flooring (maybe laminate.) I need a quote to make the floorboards stable and even.
