Deck extension and balustrade

We have a small wooden deck at the front of our house (approx 4m x 2m) that we'd like extending out to be approx 4m x 3m. The deck also needs a wooden balustrade adding and composite boards laying, plus 3 or 4 steps up to a higher level garden area. The site has reasonable access - up an access slope and about 10 steps - and we have engineer's plans which cover the deck extension, that can be built to. Ideally a start before year end.
