Downstairs Bedroom: We have recently sustained some damage from a leaking pipe which has effected the wall linings and gib inside what is currently a cupboard in a bedroom behind a wall at the bottom of our stairs. As a result we would like to open up the area and add approximately a metre to the length of the bedroom. This will involve 1. Removing the plasterboard wall, timber and ceiling linings, the scotia, skirting and architrave currently at the bottom of the stairs to open up the area leading to the bedroom 2. Review and relocate the existing plumbing to underneath the floor, checking that the switchboard will not be affected 3. Move the existing south wall in the bedroom approximately 1 m using the existing cupboard void, this will involve digging out the balance of space required (earth) which is an area of approximately 4m2 4. Make-good including new GIB plasterboard wall, timber and ceiling linings, the scotia, skirting and architrave 5. replace the carpet
