left hand stair runner seems to be slipping. Stair runner needs to be lifted back into place and properly supported with a beam bolted on Height is about 2.5 metres. Some treads may need replacing. Stairway is main entrance to upstairs flat and leads onto a deck

"This client thought he knew everything about the building industry and if this is the case maybe he should have done the job himself.
This client has standards that are out of this world and expectations no body could ever meet, even though I tried.....He also had an "apparent builder" inspect the work but would never name him or give his contact details to me to discuss....hmmmm why not?.......would not do any more work for him, and was a very late payer....beware the are bad customers out there as well."
