In a 100 year old bungalow the bathroom floor is rotting and subsiding a bit in places, especially under the toilet. The bath with a shower over it is against the wall, and suspect water has got down between causing damage. Also, there is rot near wash hand basin including skirting. The floor is T&G and the tenant has put lino etc over the timber floor to cover rotted areas. Replacing with treated flooring ply would be good. Don't know the condition of the sub - floor. Having trouble adding photos. Will try to email them The house is in a damp area at the bottom of 48 steps from the road.
