Repair broken window

I have a 1930 era bungalow and some windows are sticking and/or have corroded/broken hinges preventing the windows being used. 1) Some hinges have been replaced with stainless and I'd like to get that job completed (4 side hung sashes), 2) Some of the timber frames are a bit rotten so some of the newer hinges are have come adrift so the timber needs to be repaired/replaced. 3) in addition to sorting out any other window issues. There is no special urgency but if the job could be done before the weather deteriorates so painting can be completed before it gets wet that would be ideal. Initially I need an estimate so we can decide how much of the work to get done. Cheers Mike HJ
