Installing Underfloor Access

Renovated 1920 double brick. Need to install service access for underfloor plumbing that's been done/supporting more plumbing work. Previous access was by cutting/lifting flooring/when renovation was done. Nailed down now and in a high traffic area. Ideally want a hatch under kitchen bench (there is an existing cavity with a small fridge) but open to advice on location. Keen to get it done soon - have gas fitter lined up for March and would like in place to support work. Can supply photos but probably easiest to view.
