Reframing window

Need a quote for a leaky window to be reframed. The wood in the framing is soft and rotting in a couple of parts and this is causing leaks. There is also failing sealant between the glass and the frame. The window is unusual as it runs floor to ceiling and parts of the framing are structural. Looking for a builder/carpenter who can come and have a look and quote us to repair/replace the framing so it is watertight again.
