Replace skirting board and floor board(s)

Replace skirting and floor board(s) behind a claw-foot bath (external wall). Bath will be removed around 11th Feb, and we'd need the work done in that week or early the following week, before the re-enamelled bath comes back. Preferably earlier, just in case removing what's there uncovers other problems.
