Water damaged floorboards to be fixed/replaced.

Our property had water damage from a leaking pipe under the lounge - the floorboards (chipboard) have been damaged and will need replacing in the lounge. We've stripped out the laminate flooring already. We estimate around half the lounge floorboards will need remedial work and there's also a free standing fireplace that may need to be removed. This job is to replace the floorboards. We will carpet it at a later date once fixed. We would like this fixed as soon as possible and are ready to start the work but understand it's the Christmas period so sometime in January would be good.
