Weatherboards replacement

Rotten weatherboards need replacement. The house is currently being re-painted and we came across a number of rotten weatherboards that need to be replaced - from corners, small to large areas. The main job includes: 1.) A replacement of a section or the whole length of weatherboards (4m) on north side of the house. Total area: length 4m, height 1.5m; from a window to the corner of the house. But perhaps it may be possible to replace the affected portion in-between frame studs The area is between 1-2m above the ground level. 2.) Replacing rotten weather boards around house (south west) corner and re-boxing. Total height of the corner boxing 2m. 3.) Re-place rotten handrail, poll, fencing of "storm porch" around back door: one-to-one remodel (see pictures) Just replacement of the boards is needed. No priming etc is needed as the house is being re-painted. Scaffolding provided. This may be a three of four day job. It is very likely that more work may come up as we go. I need to get the exterior of the house in excellent conditions.
