Repairs around windows

The flashings around the downstairs lounge window are letting in moisture and the window sill needs patching and painting and the hinges need replacing with stainless steel. The internal window trim from the upstairs bedroom window has swelled from moisture and needs replacing. Replace some rusted hinges in the studio unit with stainless steel.
