Residential renovation/s & repairs

Owner occupied 1970’s freehold house. It’s fairly tired. Primary/pressing job is to replace an aluminium ranchslider. which is starting to fall out. We want this done fairly soon as a result. There are plenty of other jobs that need to be done around the house (like putting a new window in a bedroom, placing an outdoor handrail on some stairs, replacing some cladding). These jobs are not as urgent as the ranchslider but are an indication of the sort of work we need done. We are also planning on fully re-doing our bathroom/toilet/laundry so heaps of scope for more work - just dependant on how the smaller job/s go! Registered/reputable builders only please - I WILL check!
