the floor board get rotten due to a long term slow water leak from the water tank which hide in the storage and we only found the problem when the floor board is starting to collapse. This floor board locates in the first floor and it is the basement underneath. Affected area is roughly about 2m x 2m. Please contact for further details. Cheers.
