Our back porch has some damage due to rot. This needs to be replaced/repaired prior to the house being painted. Previous quotes (not from here) have indicated that the wood (rimu) may not need to be replaced because if it is repaired properly it would take years for the rot to worsen. We are wanting this work done in the next 4 weeks.
