Replace rotten timber window sill and sash

I have scraped out the rotten wood in a window sill and sash. The sill looks like it needs replacement as it is rotten right through to the flashing in one corner. The profile of the new sill will need to match the current one. One corner of the sash also has rot. This will need assessment--I'm looking for suggestions as to best method to fix it.
