Accepting quotes for the repair of my decking and have engaged with a structural engineer to replace like with like. Its an adjoining townhouse with next door recently completed the same work with their place. Please email me and I will provide address, photos and working drawings.

Mixed view on grade of timber used for handrails which I believe has excessive knots however builder did advise they completed other work such as sanded back rust from flashings that weren’t charged for. Comms dropped off for a while and deck blew our budget however all in all we are just glad the job is complete allowing costly scaffold rental to cease.
