Replacing floor boards due to water damage for bathroom and kitchen

Black pipes leaking in the bathroom and kitchen for a period of time, now caused water damage on the floor boards. Looking for builder to replace the floor boards and put vinyl back on the new floor boards (if can). Also, a small fence at the backyard has fell off. Would like the builder to get this fix as well with the same job. Would like this to be done as soon as possible as the floors are uneven and a bit worry to walk on. All the leaking pipes have been fixed.
