Doors and Frames repair and paint

An idiot drug filled tenant decided to smash into 6 doors and frames in the flat with his shoulder. Has done some damage to 4 of the doors and frames which need to be repaired and then painted. The doors are solid panel doors and some of the panels now have splits in them. The frames are also split and need to be repaired and then painted on completion of the repairs. One of the frame facia boards has been ripped off and split vertically. The flat is empty now so would like to get the work done asap. The tenants have been evicted and trespassed.
