Exterior window sill repairs

Exterior Rimu window sill has rotted in two places. I have cut out the rot at one end but not the second rot pocket. Sill needs new timber cut in and flashing fitted, then needs to be weather-proofed. Refer photos. Repairs needed as soon as possible please. Note that a new aluminium window and flashing were recently fitted but the builder did not spot the rot in the sill. I'm hoping the sill can be repaired without removing the window or flashing.
