Job .1. Bathroom/shower lining has come away from the wall exposing the wall to water from the shower, washers for bathroom taps need to be replaced - {maybe look at replacing the shower/bath completely and relining the wall. Job.2. Back french doors handle has come off and doors do not close properly may need to be replaced, Step needs to be replaced and a small cover to be build above the doors Job.2. back bedroom we seem to have a leak coming in from the window somewhere not sure from where which has caused some damage to the wall. Need to find the leak Thats it
