Non compliant deck

House recently renovated but deck excluded and non compliant. It needs repair and restored. Ballustrade needs to be higher. One part of it is held up by builders prop. Need to able to use the deck with the sliding doors open. The deck needs to be made safe. It can be modified as per compliance or council requitements
