Timber window sill repair & door re-hanf

70's house has been designed with bathroom shower head over a wooden window sill. The sill paint started cracking in September and now the sill is swollen by about 3mm over a length of about 50cm and warped by about 2mm. Total length of sill is about 150cm. It's springy but not soft. Needs repairing/replacing and resealing before water gets to framing. Downstairs aluminium door also needs rehanging. One of the hinge screws is completely stripped so I've been unable to rehang it myself. I am hoping to renovate the bathroom in about 5 years, so I'm more interested in cost/getting the job done rather than anything particularly fancy or perfect.
