House repairs and maintenance

I'm looking to get a few things tidied up at my house in Johnsonville. Firstly, my garage has water leaking into it from the guttering. There is gib board that needs to be replaced, and the garage resealed to stop the water getting in. Also need the skirting, and possibly the gib, replaced in my laundry. There's been water damage there too.
