I have an old deck where the timber planks have degenerated and some are twisted and the occasional one is rotten. I think the supporting structure underneath is sound, so I am looking to have the surface planking removed and replaced. Area is approx 10m x 4m. The job needs to be completed by the end of February, so please only contact me is this is an achievable timeframe.

Evan was polite and hard-working, did a pretty good job and tidied up well. I paid him promptly, including an extra $200 he said he had incurred. The next day I noticed some boards which Evan had missed nailing down. He promised twice to come and complete the work, but didn’t. He ignored a number of other attempts to contact him, including from Builder’s Crack administration. This was a disappointing outcome for me. Such a shame.
