We have removed a fireplace and need wooden floor boards (we think matai) to be put down and made good. It is possible that the concrete that the floor boards will go over may need to be taken down by 2 to 3 mm. The area missing floorboards is 117 by 36 cm but some of the surrounding boards are discolored so it is possible that it might make sense to do a slightly larger area (153cm by 47cm). We also need a small section of gib plastered/stopped/skimmed - the area is 101cm by 46cm. We're happy for these to be done by separate people.
