Window leak cause some timber rot

Looking for some assistance for a leak we have discovered from one of our main bedroom windows. The leak seems to be coming from the bottom right hand corner of the window as there seems to be no moisture any higher up. I have cut a section of gib out to try and identify the issue as can be seen in the photos.
