Window frame rot repair

North facing bay window has rot damage in places, especially the bottom sill (see photos). I need a carpenter to remove rotten timber and make good (with Dry Flex or something similar). Painting not required, just the timber repairs. Also note that the outside of the windows will be re-glazed and painted in the next month or two (to stop the water damage that started the rot).
