Relining, and potential structural repair, of first floor deck

The timber deck is on the first floor of our house. It is approximately 3m long and cantilevers 1.5m out of the first floor timber frames. The lining of the deck is cracked and damaged. We require: - removal of the cracked surface to allow an engineer (either ours or one that the tradesperson regularly works with) to inspect the structure of the deck - Undertake any structural repairs identified as required by the engineer - Reline and make weather fast the deck.
