Fascia Rot Repair

We wish to replace a section of rotten fascia board which is about 3m long. Needs to be done to a good standard in keeping with existing on this 1928 home. I have already purchased the correct gauge timber which is available on site. Any additional work (rot) revealed underneath (if any) can be discussed and negotiated as extra cost. Looking for a competent builder to make a start soon so we can take down the scaffolding. Parking available on site and will pay soon as work complete.
