Conservatory removal and restoration of decking.

We need somebody to remove our conservatory and restore our decking to what the footprint of the building shows, for the purposes of sale. The decking is on the first floor of the home, so a tradie with their own scaffolding would be preferred. There are several rotten boards and the safety rails on the deck will need to be re-built as their size is no longer at code. A ranchslider is also needed to replace conservatory entrance. Tradies must be available to complete the job before Christmas.
