We have some general repairs & maintenance work to be done. Details below. We are located at 4 Ngatoto St, Ngaio 1. Replace existing door hardware on 4 x hollowcore internal doors. Henry&Kemp have specified some hardware which is a straight replacement so there shouldn't be too much fiddling around (Client to supply hardware) 2. Install NEW privacy bolts ("Vacant/Engaged") to 3 of the above hollowcore doors (Client to supply hardware) 3. Prep/fill/paint gouge in external verandah canopy (Made by a delivery truck). And do the same to bubbles that have formed elsewhere in the fascia 4. Repair small hole in fibre cement verandah soffit Testimonials/recommendations required please
