Minor Repairs

Three jobs. 1.Small dormer window repair. Cut rotten trim panels off on both sides and replace with panels already to go on. This involves climbing onto roof and cutting the lower part off the panels, then nailing the already cut and painted panels on, putty and paint with undercoat and top coat enamel paint provided by us. 2. Remove a few rotten stair treads on an external fire escape and replace with H4 treated timber. Easy access for this one. 3. Build a panel of 6 letter boxes for the 6 flats on site. Simple design. A rectangular panel of 6 letter boxes in timber with 6 small cupboard doors for access to each box.
