Custom headboard!

Hey, I'm wanting a custom headboard to fit a double bed. I'm wanting it done in romantic French provincial furniture style. With intricately carved details and a whitewashed finish. I'm also a student who is saving like crazy to redo my room so I'm wanting this detailed project to be done on the cheaper side, my ideal is between $500 and $1000. I'm probably way off with this pricing which is why I'm wanting a quote to work out how much this is going to cost me. I'd also ideally want this done in time for December. I have attached photos to show the general idea of what I'm after but i am open to ideas and thoughts. Thank you.
