1900's house repairs

WE have a 1900's house with leak associated with a rotten window frame. Needing someone to install recycled window, replace rotten/borer affected framing as necessary. Want good cost-effective problem solving skills and water-tight solution. The job is not immediate, but associated with other smaller jobs - aiming to start from end of April. Want someone willing to work with me as home-owner. Keen to discuss if willing to work with recycled hardwood - as I am salvaging to save materials cost, but realise this has it's drawbacks.
