Fix my floor! (Please)

We have Matai floorboards throughout our home and will be having them sanded and polished, however there are two spots under our french doors that have bad particle board and the area where the fireplace hearth was that we pulled up, that needs fixing. Preferably with Matai, but has it's a mix, we're not fussed on the wood. Our sander is coming on 7 Feb, so needs to be done before then.
