Hi. I have a timber outside staircase. One (maybe two) of the treads need replacing as there are areas of rot. Also, the stringer, which has already had some minor work done on it, has a rotten area near the top. See photos. Lastly, a thin piece of moulding along the base of the porch frame needs repairing. I am on the first floor; some of the work will require a small ladder/ platform.

Bob was perfect for this job; I am glad he responded to my post. He explained to me firstly, in laymen's terms, what was needed to complete the work and he then gave me a couple of options. The job was completed quickly and thoroughly. I would not hesitate to use him again and/or recommend him to anyone else.
