We have just bought a house, the front door step needs fixing and is it rotten and damaged on the inside, there is also about 20cm of skirting either side which needs replacing as well. Additionally, there is a small patch of damp/rot on the bathroom floor (which is currently not covered) next to the bath which we would like fixed before the new vinyl is layed.
