Floorboards, reframing, new front door & weatherboards

In order of priority: 1) Loft has recently been insulated. Need risers installing and floorboards laying. Floor area approx 11m x 10m. 2) Patch holes in walls. 2x re-frame & insulate exterior wall 1200cm x 1200cm. Re-frame interior wall 1200cm x 800cm. 3x smaller holes left by wall speakers. 3) Removal of built-in desk/shelving (this one should be quick and easy), ready for plastering. 4) Existing front door is central with two sidelights. Would like (new) door to one side, and sidelights replaced with weatherboard, insulated, etc - ready for plastering. 5) Block up existing window with weatherboard (no need for insulation or removal of window as it's just a storage shed). Would like someone to start asap. We had the electrics done after the loft insulation was laid, so it's a bonus if you can check that the insulation is correct before laying the boards. Otherwise we will have to delay that part of the job until we've got someone in to do that (but we can get cracking with the other bits in the meantime).
