Need a few rotten weatherboards repaired/replaced. Internal floor and adjoining wall also rotten in one part. Will add photos soon.

I would definitely recommend Simon. He was originally hired to fix weatherboard and floor rot which was done really quickly and as discussed. Given these problems with the house, he also suggested some additional work to prevent future moisture issues. After a bit of research from me, he completed this extra work quickly and for a good price. Simon was fantastic to deal with, he kept in contact, gave his opinion when requested and did what he said he would - a great experience all round!
