Framing repairs - Water damaged

We are replacing our aluminium joinery and have encountered water damage/rot where the existing joinery has failed. We are looking for someone to repair/replace the framing (and cladding where required) so that the windows can be installed (we already have a company for this). Severity of damage varies with 7 windows needing attention. The house is multistory. The fibre-cemment boards do contain asbestos. There is safety equipment available. Once we have a plan in place, we can arrange to have cladding professionally removed as required. Am open to suggestions of how to approach this project.
