Demolition of chimney and quite a large fireplace on single storey dwelling. Patch colorsteel roof, installing roof/ceiling, wall and floor framing in void left by fireplace. Gib and stop wall and patch timber floor is possible (not essential). Salvage existing scotia and skirting to be re-fixed. Length of new wall required approx 1600mm, ceiling and floor make good approx 1600x1400mm
