Upgrade Decking and walkthrough

Current desk (linked to second floor) was built a number of years ago, a walkway was added underneath to link the house to a room connected to the garage. This extension / walkway required council compliance, and during the build the earth around the piles was excavated, so the walkway failed compliance. These have been fixed but the council (as they have seen the desk during the walkway visit) state the desk don't conform now. I need someone to design / draw what is required to address the decking and possibly replace the walkthrough and (if possible) add a toilet / shower.
