Downstairs floorboards

There are a few areas with rotten or uneven floorboards. We need these areas replaced to even up the floor before carpet is laid. As the areas are being carpeted, the floorboards don't need to be replaced with similar boards and could be replaced by chipboard or similar so long as the finish is even. There are about three areas to be fixed and they are all quite small (less than 1 square metre depending on how much board needs to be removed to provide a stable platform).

I few delays were experienced, but these were mainly due to weather and illness. Communication was very good about unexpected delays and rescheduling except in one case.
