Replace rotton timber framing in small section wall (scaffolding is up)

The kitchen exterior wall has rotten timber framing under the Hardie Board. We require a builder to replace the rotten timber framing, and reclad with either the existing Hardie board or replace with a new 'best option'. Please see attached a photo of the side of the wall with the hardie board section towards the back of the house. Note: the iron section you can see was re-clad yesterday. Scaffolding is currently up to do the work, so we would like to move quite quickly on this. House is a rental property. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Penny
