Hinges, Butynol Roof, Rusted Flashing

Our house is being painted in April. We need the following maintenance done while the scaffolding is up: * Replace rusted window hinges with stainless steel hinges (hinges provided). * Replace Butynol roof (approx 6m2), there has been some evidence of leaks (cracked joint and slight sag in ceiling below) so may involve replacing ply etc once the roof is removed * Replace rusted flashing The house will be fully scaffolded for painting and we need the maintenance to occur while the scaffolding is up.
