We require some general temporary repairs to our home to make it watertight for the time being, before more general renovations are carried out next year. The repairs are: 1) Replacing some rotten timber framing in two (small) areas of the house. (The interior wall has been removed to expose the affected areas.) 2) Sealing cracks in external stucco 3) Temporarily replacing a rotten windowsill

Brendan did some "running repairs"-type maintenance work on our house, replacing some rotten timber framing, and caulking leaks in the external cladding. He was very prompt in his communication by text / email / phone. He quickly arranged to visit and quote for the work, and carried it out promptly. His work met the expectations we had agreed on – we were very satisfied, and would not hesitate to recommend him or to hire him again.
