Outdoors prep for house sale

We need various small jobs done in preparation for a house sale, most are outside and include tidying up the front fence (see below for details), tidying up a small area on the edge of a deck, adding a small retaining section to an existing fence, mortaring some bricks, repairing a section of skirting in the bathroom, and other bits and pieces. The front fence: see the attached photo. This requires the part gabions (river stones in chicken wire) to be removed and tidily replaced with palings or similar to give a clean appearance; these may need to be trimmed to fit the space, or we can discuss some other solution. The tops of the posts need to be trimmed down to an even height and some other aspects of the fence need tightening up. We'll handle staining/painting. If time allows, we'll also want to re-attach some existing bi-fold doors to a wardrobe. We'll offer one day and get through as many tasks on the list as possible, and we'll cover any materials needed which should be minor.
