Small Carpentry Jobs

We have recently had an Expelair fan removed which has left a small hole to the exterior of our house. We need 2 weatherboards replaced approx 1m each in length between a window frame and external door to remove this hole. We are also having cornicing installed and need a smaller frame for our hatch to the roof space. The existing frame will be too wide to fit the cornice, so we need to replace the existing frame with a narrower trim or beading.
